Install and deploy a Digital Life installation
Create and configure users on the Digital Life installation
Troubleshoot basic provisioning errors
Gather any information needed for Critical Path Technical Support
Create domains and users with various levels of service
Back-up the system in case of hardware Failure
Perform with confidence all of the common administrative tasks in a Digital Life environment
