Greetings from Mark Palomba, CEO, Critical Path2008 has been quite a year for Critical Path and we aren't done yet. Critical Path has been growing, adding new customers, announcing new solutions and even has a new corporate structure. So far this year, O2, SFR, Wind, Viettel, Hutch Hong Kong, Bredbandsbolaget, to name just a few, all launched new services powered by Critical Path. We are dedicated to delivering market leading solutions to give our service provider customers the best opportunity to add value to their subscribers. Our Phone Backup solution, which was announced earlier this year, has been very positively received in the market place. We are very excited about the work we are doing to address the new market opportunities presented by the iPhone and the latest entry into the mix the G1 handset powered by Google's Android mobile operating system. I hope you enjoy this issue of The Buzz and we look forward to getting feedback on the articles and news stories.

Advanced users today are mostly dissatisfied with both quality and experience of offerings, meanwhile network operators no longer have a controlling play in this space. With new entrants and extended participation of infrastructure vendors, device vendors, and content providers, network operators need to (more than ever before!) get into new markets and offer their own version of multi-play services.
