This course uses discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to build competency in Systems Administration functions associated with the Memova™ Anti-Abuse Appliance from Critical Path.

Technical Overview — from an Operational perspective
Deployment
Management of the solution using Web and Cluster Consoles
Installations and Upgrades
Monitoring and Logging
Statistics and Reporting Functions
Applying Maintenance Releases
Introduction to Trouble Shooting Techniques
Back-ups and Restoration

Skills Gained

At the end of this course students should be able perform the following tasks:

Have a basic understanding of anti-abuse measures accepted as best practice and how they are implemented in the Memova Anti Abuse solution.
Be able to perform the following tasks:

Deploy the Anti Abuse solution into a messaging network
Manage the implementation
Undertake Systems Administration and Support tasks
Trouble shoot and recover from incidents
