MEMOVA® MOBILE MESSAGING NOC, OPERATIONS TRAINING COURSE

Synopsis

This course is aimed at second-level support staff who would take information from the 1st level call-centre and use this to try to diagnose, and workaround the problem reported. These users would have more in-depth knowledge of the system and would have more hands-on experience.

Upon completion of the support class, the attendee will be able to:

Identify the process to be followed in the event of an issue being logged that relates to CP software
Identify the resources available to them to assist them in the support of CP products This will include but is not limited to: Manuals and Documentation, and Frequently Asked Questions
Identify, resolve and attempt to workaround basic issues
Be familiar with methodologies employed by CP Technical Support.
